Volunteer With Us
Hi there! Are you interested in joining the uEducate team? Our mandate is to promote and share passion for education via outreach programs targeted towards the future generations of post-secondary students. In the past years, areas the club has explored include the organization of an annual science competition with awards funded by the Faculty of Science, a monthly discussion club on topics of interest (e.g. environmental topics), as well as interactive presentations in high school classrooms. These are some activities that can be perpetuated this year (online for now). Through such activities, we hope that this club will offer undergraduate and graduate students the possibility to hone skills they are seeking to perfect, such as leadership, communication and team-work skills, in our friendly microcosm.
We are looking forward to welcoming new volunteers for the upcoming school year in September 2024.
